Delivery & Handling
- Heafod Gen Wine are available for within Australia Only. We do not post to international locations.
- Wine orders can be delivered to your home or office. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- All deliveries must be signed for, i.e. wine will not be left on front porch.
- All packages containing alcohol require an Adult Signature. An adult over 18 years of age must be present to sign for the package.
- If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your letter box advising you to collect your wine from your local post office or distribution centre.
- Orders are generally processed & shipped within 2-3 business days after being received. We may occasionally hold orders due to extreme weather conditions, in order to insure quality of the delivered product.
- If you wish to cancel an order after placement, please e-mail us or phone as soon as possible.
Delivery – Pricing
- Freight charges are subsidised by Heafod Glen Wine.
- All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery -Timeframes
- Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to all areas.
- Delivery is available from 8am – 6pm on Monday – Friday only, throughout Australia.
