          Heafod Glen Wine does not accept any liability for unavailability of product caused by the winery                               over-selling the winery's own inventory.

  1. You are aware that Heafod Glen Wine only ships to locations within Australia.

          You or Your representative must be at least 18 years of age to receive liquour purchased through the                         Website and You or Your representative will be required to sign for delivery.

          These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.


Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

  • to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000);
  • for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500).
